Plyos...Mandatory!!!

Plyos will start on weekdays at 4 PM, Saturdays at 9AM in Santa Monica, and 11 AM in El Segundo. They will run from now until the end of the season except for holidays, cancellations due to weather and unavailability of Mr. Kelly. Check the website on the training page frequently for cancellation notices and other news. Plyos in Santa Monica is on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4 pm and Saturday at 9am. Plyos in El Segundo is Wednesday at 4pm and Saturday at 11am. Plyos is about an hour long.
